Pools are cool, building is dated and slightly overpriced.
It was huge. The spa facilities are really fun especially the outside thermal pools.
Some places quite dated. It’s a little misleading about the underground grotto - you can’t go in here to swim you can only have a floating experience for €120! The breakfast was really disappointing as someone with a nut allergy - I was told I could only really have fruit.

Great swimming pool lovely grounds. Spa is good. Staff very helpful all round very good. Well appointed rooms.

Beautiful, but overpriced and dissapointing hotel
Beautiful hotel, nice lobby, clean rooms.
There were huge contrast between the hotel and spa area. SPA area was very outdated, we felt more like in an old sanatorium than in a 5* SPA. Grotta is nice but overpriced (25Eur per person for 10-15min walking around without any guidance was totally not worth it!). They have beautiful restaurant, but the food was dissapointing - would recommend another place for dinner. The room itself was nice, but small and the view from the window were containers where staff was bringing used towels. That was awful and we couldn’t believe that in an off season they couldn’t offer us a better room.
